No, we do not require experience to be eligible to coach with us at Spring Run. Although, it is wonderful to have prior experience and does help, we accept and appreciate anyone who is willing to volunteer!

Yes, absolutely! We gladly welcome children who want to play multiple sports in the same season.

To make sure it is a positive experience for your family and the teams, we highly recommend chatting with the directors of both sports. They can help you navigate season lengths, practice schedules, game times, and commute logistics to ensure it is the right fit for everyone.

Once player rosters are complete and season schedule is released, it is recommended and encouraged that all coaching staff start scheduling informational sessions with all parents and guardians to introduce your season coaching staff and expectations.

Each sport does vary in scheduling time frame of these sessions but are encouraged to be completed within the first few weeks of the first practice of the season.

Missing Uniform: If by chance you have misplaced or lost your player’s uniform, please notify the sports director as soon as possible. A standard would be, within 24 hours of confirmation of missing uniform. Additional payment for missing pieces will be at the discretion of the sports director.

Fit Issue: Once uniforms are handed out to every player. It is requested that all players try on their uniform within the first three days of receiving. If you notice the fit is not correct, it is best to email the sports director as soon as possible to address the issue and/or provide a solution. Please be prepared to have another fit scheduled with the sports director at practice.

Vendor manufacturing mistakes happen. So we recommend the sooner you try on each piece and notify us the better!

We know life happens and emergencies or conflicts will pop up during the season! While we understand absences occur, our teams truly depend on everyone’s commitment and steady attendance.

If you know your player will miss a practice or game, please update your RSVP in the TeamLinkt app and give your coaches a heads-up. Giving at least 24 hours’ notice helps our coaches adjust and prepare for the absence.

Remember that attendance policies look a little different for each sport, so please review your specific program’s guidelines and expectations.
